Arduino Uno R3
It represents the technology company's best-known board. Created in 2010 and based on the atmega328p chip, the Arduino Uno is the entry-level option for many newcomers to the world of programming.
Arduino Uno R4
It represents the latest model of the traditional board. Created in 2023 and based on the Renesas RA4M1 chip, it presents many improvements over its predecessor. It comes in two models: WiFi (with ESP32) and Minima.
ESP8266
Board created by the manufacturer espressif. Its main difference in relation to traditional Arduino boards is the fact that it has built-in WiFi, which guarantees another level to your projects. espressif also created the ESP32, which adds Bluetooth to the board.
Mindstorms EV3
Created by the building block company LEGO in 2013, its aim is to unite the great world of famous building blocks with the maker community. Unfortunately, it was discontinued in 2020, but it is still widely used to this day.
